The new version of 7.7.9 is now available from today, which contains the Payroll legislation changes required from 6th April 2025 and well as improvements around printing. We recommended that you install this new version now, please do not wait until you have finished your 2024-2025 calculations before installing it. The documentation for this release is available here: on our customer portal. The documentation can be found after logging in (just click 'Forgot password?' and follow instructions if you haven't logged in before) and then going to Knowledge Base > Evolution. Please read the Evolution - How to install 7.7.9 guide first and then the Evolution - Version 7.7.9 Release Notes. The new version can be downloaded here, note you must click 'Run' (not 'Save'). You can also download the Evolution - Payroll Year End Supplement 2025 in readiness for the next tax year. Do not calculate any pay from 6th April 2025 without installing this version and reading the supplement document and following the instructions. Thank you.
NB: If you are a cloud-hosted customer, you can ignore the update process itself, as we will do this for you. You just need to access the documentation on the portal, as per instructions above.
